Jell-O can take on thousands of shapes, from the simplest cube to the most elaborate sculptures, and every year the gamut goes on display at the 34th Maude Kerns Art Center’s Jell-O Art Show.

This year’s show will be called There’s No Bizness Like Jell-O Business, and everyone is invited to create their own idea of what Jell-O art is and show up and show it off.

A realistic plate of Jell-O orange slices appeared in an earlier Jell-O Art Show at the  Maude Kerns Art Center.

Jell-O creations should be delivered to the art center at 1910 E. 15th Ave. in Eugene between 3 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, and the exhibit will open to the public at 5 p.m. and run to 8 p.m.

There’s a $3 entry fee for each creation, and the proceeds go to support the Maude Kerns Art Center and its activities. A donation of $3 per person or $5 per family is appreciated.

The current Eugene Slug Queen, Sativa Slugworth, will get the festivities underway, and the Radar Angels will make their first post-pandemic performance at the center at 7 p.m. or so.
