The Craft of Personal Narrative

Topic: Utilize intentional storytelling and craft your narrative through individual and collaborative sessions and a showcase presentation.

Monologue & Scene Study Drop-in

Host: Inga Wilson
When: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays, April 3 through May 8
Topic: Drop in on Saturday afternoons to practice, polish, and shine your way through your chosen monologues or scenes.

Improvisation & and the Art of Listening

Host: Jaime
When: 3 p.m. top 5 p.m. on Sundays, April 4 through May 2
Topic: Introduction to improv comedy for actors and non-actors, with veteran actress and improviser Jaime Moyer (Modern Family, Bob’s Burgers, AP Bio, Second City alum)

Michael Chekhov Intensive

Host: Lavinia Hart
When: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Mondays, April 19 through May 24
Topic: Transform into characters through creative physical work and imaginative exercises in this introduction to Michael Chekhov techniques.

Topic: Good dramatic narratives begin with one or more events that turn the world of the play upside down. Learn how kick off your story with a bang in this playwriting workshop for all experience levels.

Accents — Exploring British Sounds

Host: Tricia Rodley
When: 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesdays, May 5 through May 19
Topic: Take a virtual trip “across the pond” and explore the process of learning accents. This three-week Zoom workshop is open to accent enthusiasts of all levels.
