Randi Bjornstad is a journalist with more than 30 years' experience in hard news and feature writing. She founded the nonprofit eugenescene.org in 2017, with the goal of supporting arts and culture, people and places in the Eugene, Oregon, area and beyond. Her husband, Paul Carter, is a longtime news photographer.
