Details: An art installation discussing the preponderant influence of the Western powers. The wars fought in the name of democracy & freedom brought upon countries that for historic or societal or religious reasons do not embrace western ideologies did cost millions of deaths. Is establishing democracy & freedom in these ‘unwilling countries’ really the motivation of the Western powers’ aggression? Or is the goal more that of military, political, and economical control? This “Hegemony” exhibit invites to think about these questions.
