Details: Conducted by Dale Bradley and Christopher Noel. Dale Bradley, Eugene Symphony cellist and ESYO alumnus, leads the Little Symphony, a group of promising young strings players, in a performance of Vivaldi’s Autumn from his iconic The Four Seasons, as well as music from the Hymn to Diana by Gluck, and Borodin’s Dance of the Maidens. Then enjoy the full symphonic sound of Junior Orchestra with conductor Christopher Noel, another ESYO alumnus who also conducts the Salem Orchestra. Their program includes Verdi’s victorious Grand March from Aida, the elegant Pavane for a Dead Princess by Ravel, as well as overtures by Hofeldt and Brahms. For the grand finale, the Little Symphony and the Junior Orchestra will combine musical forces to perform Handel’s famous Hallelujah Chorus.
