Details: In its 5th edition, Evynne Hollens’ Contemporary Songbook Project highlights contemporary musicals that are inspired by real-life events. It features selections from Broadway shows including Hamilton: An American Musical, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, Anastasia, Come From Away, and movie musical The Greatest Showman. Grey Gardens, Fun Home, and Assassins are also on the the program. Finally, audiences get a first look at a unique new musical, currently in development, by Hollens and Anna Gilbert entitled MILAGRO.
