Start/end – 8th Avenue & High Street – 1.4 mile route through Downtown Eugene. 2nd annual Eugene BRiGHT parade, sponsored by the City of Eugene Cultural Services.
Nonprofit organizations, schools, individuals, neighborhood associations, and local businesses are welcomed and encouraged to apply. Artistic collaborations are encouraged!
The judges’ reviewing stand will be at the Farmers Market Pavilion.
