When: 6:00 p.m. on Friday-Saturday, September 20-21 (doors at 5:30 p.m.)

Where: The Wildwood, 85780 Mcbeth Road, Eugene

Details: Bonnie Simoa and the newly formed Northwest Movement Ensemble present Moon Marrow, a site-specific dance performance at The Wildwood, 85780 Mcbeth Road in Eugene at 6 pm on September 20-21, 2024. Doors open at 5:30.

Moon Marrow explores a world where everyone has access to their divine birthright–connection with nature and to the sensuality and eros of movement. Directed by Bonnie Simoa in collaboration with the performers, horses, and the land, the dance ignites and animates the landscape in a delightful display of embodied connection. Christian Cherry, composer and director of music for University of Oregon’s dance program, created the soundscore.

Formerly home of Good Shepherd’s Lutheran Church, the audience walks through the park-like setting to experience the hour-long performance. Some seating will be available. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.

Cost: Admission is $20, with tickets via Eventbrite. Advance tickets are required. Audiences of all ages are welcome.
