Here’s the news from the Eugene Concert Choir about evening of musical entertainment and silent auction fundraiser on Friday, Oct. 29:

Join Diane Retallack, artistic director of the EugeneConcert Choir and master of ceremonies Bill Hulings for an evening filled with live musical entertainment by the Eugene Concert Choir and Eugene Vocal Arts ensembles and the Gus Russel Trio, with live performances by local guest artists Bill Hulings and Siri Vik.

We will take a look back at the highlights from our recently completed season and share valuable information on what is to come this year. Help us to raise essential funds required to produce an exciting and artistic 47th concert season.

How to participate online in the silent auction:

  • Pre-register for the Online Silent Auction
  • Click on “Register to Bid” below to navigate to our Online Silent Auction Page
  • Click on “Get Started” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
  • For new users, click on “Create Account.”
  • If this is not your first online auction using the Greater Giving Software, or if you participated in last year’s Virtual Gala Online Silent Auction, enter your log-in credentials from that event.
You will receive an automated email from Greater Giving. Check your spam folder if nothing nothing appears.
  • Follow the instructions in the email to verify your account registration.
  • Now enter you credit card information. A credit card is required for self-registration for online bidding.
  • If you are going to attend the Gala in-person and prefer a different payment method, please contact the Eugene Concert Choir office.
  • Once your account is registered, you are all set to begin bidding, starting on Friday, Oct. 22, 2021.
