Jenny Shuman brings her sublime and intricate beadworks to display and discuss at Don Dexter Gallery on Saturday, February 17, at 1 pm. The community is invited to join local Indigenous artist Jenny Shuman as she talks about the process and inspiration for creating her artworks. Come along and meet the artist and find out more about her fascinating collection of beaded custom guitar straps worn by musicians such as Bob Weir, Oteil Burbridge, Duane Betts, Anders Osborne, Michael Franti, and many more. This is a free event, all are welcome. No RSVP is required. Join us at Don Dexter Gallery for the artist talk, live music, and refreshments. Don Dexter Gallery is located at 2911 Tennyson Ave, #202, in Crescent Village (east side of The Inkwell building on the 2nd floor). |
