A-Squared Productions brings its latest creation to the Ed Ragozzino Performance Hall at Lane Community College for three performances on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 and 2.

Birds Flying Through features nine original poems by Eugene poet Deborah Narin-Wells, set to a score by five local composers, and performed by three vocalists, four musicians, and seven dancers.

The theme of the whole examines the meaning of being a woman by in terms of the roles of females as daughters, wives, and mothers.
