Longtime and prolific Eugene artist Robert Canaga opens his first gallery show in Eugene since closing his Opus 6ix gallery years ago.

The exhibit will be at the Don Dexter Gallery and as described in the announcement of the show, represents “memories, reactions, and Canaga’s journey as an artist after returning to art later in life.

“He takes inspiration from his travels, time in the military, and years away from the craft, but he doesn’t stop to think about what inspired the art. He just paints.”
