Here’s the latest news from the PhotoZone Gallery:

The PhotoZone Gallery will present a group exhibition of photographs by members of the collective at the Emerald Art Center at 500 Main St. in downtown Springfield from Jan. 10 through Feb. 3, 2023.

An open reception for the artists will take place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. during downtown Springfield’s Second Friday Art Walk on Jan. 13. The Emerald Art Center’s regular hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.

Members of the PhotoZone Gallery include people interested in diverse types of fine art photography, including landscape and nature, documentary, abstract expression, portraiture, and even old-style pinhole images.

The types of prints likewise vary widely, such as traditional silver prints, digital capture, collage, 3-C, platinum or palladium, gum bichromate, hand-colored, and airbrush.
