Here are the details about the Call for Entries to PhotoZone’s 33rd Annual Juried Show
Who can enter: Photographers working in any photographic medium are welcome to submit entries.
Cash prizes: $500 for First Place, $300 for Second Place and $150 for Third Place, plus additional prizes supplied by business sponsors of the competition
Submission details: Submissions must be made on July 1 and 2, 2023, between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Accepted entries will be displayed from July 5-28, 2023, with an opening reception from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Friday, July 14.
Exhibit location: Emerald Art Center, 500 Main St., Springfield
Regular gallery hours: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday
Requirements for entries:
- Two prints per person may be submitted for possible acceptance by the jury and must be delivered in person to the Emerald Art Center between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on July 1 or 2, 2023.
- An entry fee of $15 for one print or $25 for two prints must be paid at the time of drop-off by cash or check only.
- Prints must be framed with hanging wire only (no tape, string, or sawtooth hangers).
- The size limit for entries is 36 inches for the longest dimension.
