Oregon Contemporary Theatre – “Just The Script” Workshop starts May 1

This unique and interesting class is a collaborative opportunity to learn fundamental script analysis techniques and work with playwrights in the new play development process. Through script analysis, cold-reads, new play readings, and discussions with playwrights, the class will provide tools and language to help the actor approach a script for an audition cold read or stage performance. Students will also learn what questions to ask of a script, director, and playwright before they approach a script and create a character.
