Here’s the word from the Maude Kerns Art Center, announcing its 37th annual Jello Art Show, this year dubbed the Jello Jamboree.

It’s happening from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, and the “art” consists of sculptures and other renditions of art, all made of jello. There’s also a Tacky Food Buffet, plus a live performance by the Radar Angels at 7 p.m.

There is a suggested donation for those who attend — the proceeds are a fundraiser for MKAC — that requests $3 per person or $5 for an entire family.

Those who wish to enter their creations should bring them to the art center at 1910 E. 15th Ave. in Eugene (on the corner of 15th and Villard streets) between 3 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. the day of the show. There’s an entry fee of $3 for each piece of artwork submitted for display.
