The official guided tour for downtown Springfield’s Second Friday Art Walk on July 13 begins at 5:30 p.m. at the Emerald Art Center at 500 Main Street, led by Christie Chapman.
Maps of participating venues will be available at the art center as well as other participating galleries and shops.
Stops on the official guided tour:
- Emerald Art Center (500 Main St.) — Features the 30th Annual PhotoZone Juried Show
- Talking Rhythms (500 Main St., Suite C1) — Poems and paintings by Angela Norman
- City Hall Gallery (225 A St.) — “Peculiar,” a solo exhibition of drawings by M.V. Moran
- Tronson Gallery of Contemporary Art (715 Main St.) — Art by Shelley Roenspie and Barbara Weinstein
- Neu Real Estate (741 Main St,) — Photographs by J Photography
- Cascade Center for Spiritual Living (741 Main St.) — A show called “The Sight of Music,” by Ryan Johnson, using a variety of mediums while listening to music from the mid-1800s to the present
- Memento Ink (525 Main St.) — 7th anniversary celebration of work by staff members April
