Fun Home is a groundbreaking story inspired by Alison Bechdel’s best-selling graphic memoir. In this intimate musical, Alison sets out to unravel the many mysteries of her childhood through a series of memories and conversations – from her coming out to her moving journey of acceptance. When her father dies unexpectedly, Alison dives deep into her past to tell the story of the volatile, brilliant, one-of-a-kind man whose temperament and secrets defined her family and her life.

Craig Willis, OCT’s Producing Artistic Director, will direct alongside musical director Nathan Alef. Rehearsals begin in mid-August, with the production running September 21 – October 13.
