Eugene Concert Choir Auditions set for 2023-24 season
The Eugene Concert Choir will hold by-appointment-only auditions for both the 100-voice Eugene Concert Choir and its 38-voice chamber ensemble, Eugene Vocal Arts, on Tuesday, Aug. 29 and Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2023.
The choral groups are part of a 49-year-old non-profit organization based in Eugene, Oregon. Led by artistic director Diane Retallack, the Eugene Concert Choir and Eugene Vocal Arts perform classical music of all eras and is a resident company at the Hult Center for the Performing Arts.
This coming season, choir members will perform the exciting masterwork, Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana, recreate A Merry Olde English Christmas, complete with costumes, and sing various classical music offerings from around the world.
